DESCRIPTION:A fun day at the Sportsfield to celebrate Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth ll Platinum Jubilee \nPlans are underway for this on June 5th. Fun\, games\, food\, drink\, music and much more. Fancy Dress\, Bowling for Pig (Pork Product) and Tombola and Raffle. There’s a competition to decorate your house week of May 23rd. Theme is Royal Family (red\, white and blue). \nPrizes given on June 5th. Village scarecrow competition and Grand Raffle details below.\nA house to house collection will take place 23rd – 27th May for Tombola items; tins\, bottles\, jars\, cans etc.\nUpdates in the Bugle regularly. \nThis is open to all Bildeston residents and their families only. Any help would be appreciated with Car parking\, setting up/clearing away. \nSCARECROW TRAIL AND GRAND DRAW\nThis year the event will take place over the Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend 2nd -5th June with the prize-giving at the sportsfield on Sunday 5th. \nThe theme will be …..The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.\nSo get your creative heads on and your Union Jack bunting out and start planning.\nPrizes are:\n£50 1st prize\n£30 2nd prize\n£20 3rd prize\nAll profits will go towards\nFrench’s Care Haven\, a horse\, pony and donkey rescue centre a few\nmiles away in Groton.\nIf you would like to have a scarecrow…..£2.50 for each one…… on the trail contact: Debbie Bailey 07948083769

DESCRIPTION:Social Sundays will be an opportunity for all members of the village from all age groups to join together with\nneighbours and friends to take some exercise around the field and beyond or just enjoy the view from the warmth of the pavilion\, chatting whilst indulging in a bacon roll\, (veggie options too) hot chocolate\, tea\, coffee\, cakes and more. \nMake it a date in your diary for the first one. Join us on Sunday 3rd April 10.00am – 12.00 noon.\nWe will be having a meeting on Sunday 13th March at the pavilion at 10.00am to plan these events. If you would like to get involved in this or you have any other ideas of how we can increase the use of our facilities\, please join us\, we would love to see you and hear your ideas.
